I placed an order with Herbal Hut on 26APR2011 and never received confirmation for payment received/shipping date although Pay Pal confirms payment. I phoned on 28APR2011 and left a message but received no call back. I phoned on 29APR2011 and left a message and, again, no call back. I phoned 3MAY2011 and received a pre-recorded message of "We are unable to take your call...". If necessary I will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Pay Pal to resolved this matter. read full review »
