Beware of this man! He is a chef by profession. He can be anywhere in Quebec or Ontario at this present time. Dont hire him! He is a major liar and a thief. He has been caught several times now stealing money and product from his employers.
He will steal product from your restaurant to do private side caterings for profit (or to sell).
He will also set up 'fake' suppliers that supposedly 'only deal in cash' and will embezzle this cash from the business for himself. By the time you figure out his scam, you are easily thousands of dollars in the hole. He has a terrible temper, has a tendency to make sexual advances at the female staff, and is a compulsive liar of grandious proportions.
He will claim to be independently wealthy and that he does this as a hobby. To make is seem like money is not an objective for him but its his only objective!
