Beware of this man! He is a chef by profession. He can be anywhere in Quebec or Ontario at this present time. Dont hire him! He is a major liar and a thief. He has been caught several times now stealing money and product from his employers. He will steal product from your restaurant to do private side caterings for profit (or to sell).
