i ordered a grant CD and received it (49.95). for some unknown reason 3.95 and two payments of 74.95 have been deducted from my account. i've called repeatedly and was disconnected repeatedly. i want my money back. the money you have deducted from my account is not the same account that i ordered and paid for the cd that i received. so where and how did your company get that information.
