What a joke! There's no way a this uncomfortable contraption will go past anyone's hips or thighs if they're larger than her bust. My hips are not that much bigger than my bust and it wouldn't go past my knees. Plus it was very scratchy, far from comfortable. This company makes their money on the shipping charges and the "free" body shaper that costs a non-refundable $9.95. They deserve a class action suit for false advertising.
