They have to worst customer service ever. The company is clearly bogus. I wish I had looked them up before I ordered a dvd box set for $90! They sent me false tracking information for usps, and after several phone calls and emails within the past two weeks, have yet to follow up. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest anyone else having problems with them should too. This bootleg company needs to be shut down. read full review »
