I bought 2- 3 year plans one for my daughter and one for me and I paid all in one shot upfront, so they gave me a promotional deal that if i paid all upfront they would give me an additional year at the end of the expiration of the 3 year contract for $ 49 dollars each and now that I paid for the additional year for $49 dollars they took my money for both my daugter and myself but now they don't want to honor it they keep coming with some lame excuses like "yo were suppose to buy that extension at the time that you bought the initial... read full review »
