I opened an account with Zales with no propblem, even though my cedit isn't the greatest. I was a very loyal and good customer with them. I spent thousands in their store on diamonds. My account was alway paid in full on or before time, never a late payment or anything to corrupt my account. Then all of the sudden, I get a letter in the mail a few days ago stating that my account had been closed.
