I was sent a free sample of teeth whitening product for the $6.99 charge for shipping and handling. When I received my credit card bill, I was charged the $6.99 and was charged another charge for $69.99. I called the company and was told that the free sample I sent for obligated me to terms and conditions to receive $600 more of teeth whitening product. I asked over 25 times to speak to a supervisor and was refused.
