Had purchased a CD for about getting grants. And after I got the CD and downloaded it there was nothing about what a monthly membership fee of 74.95. And call on the 16th of March to cancel the membership and the rep said that it would be 10 business days for the refund to come. Well started calling back on 26th to see what the status is.
