MY BOYFRIEND HAS HAD A CC THROUGH B OF A FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND HAS NEVER BEEN LATE WITH A PAYMENT. MATTER OF FACT IT COMES OUT AUTOMATICALLY EVERY MONTH. AND IS ALWAYS THREE TIMES THE SIZE OF THE MINIMUM DUE. THEY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT A GOOD REASON. THEY SAID THAT WE COULD ALWAYS FILE A COMPLAINT BUT THEY STAND BEHIND THER DECISION TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. I HONESTLY DID'NT THINK THAT THEY COULD DO THAT. My Boyfriend and I have been loyal customers of B of A for years and have a platnum CC through them. We have always been on time with our payments and have always paid more than the required amount. I was looking on line to see our balance and to make sure that the payment was applied. I noticed that there was no available balance showing..
