DO NOT SWITCH TO YAK. I spent hours on the phone trying to get a hold of these incompetent people. When I switched over to Yak they told me that they would take care of everything, even contacting my current provider. However they failed to do so, and I was charged from both providers. I was so angry with Yak I called them back to tell them that they had not gone through what they were supose to do.
