I recieved a letter in the mail that said I was eligible to recieve bumper to bumper coverage on my vehicle that I had purchased one month ago. I called the number and asked details, and the more information I asked for the lady seemed to ask me what I needed the information for. When I told her that I needed to discuss this with my husband she told me that was fine, however she could not let me call her back because this was a one time offer.
