I also purchased the $2.95 CD for a guide to government grants, only to find a week later, my account had been charged $60! I called the customer service line, and was talked to in such a rude fashion, I could not believe these individuals work in customer service. I was told there was nothing that would be done for the charges, and when I requested their business license information that was refused as well.
