Walmart charges a $3 monthly fee + $3 fee for adding money to the card. It is also very difficult to activate a card. The website they give is a generic with dozens of other credit card companys. Tried to actiovate my card and automated teller stated I entered wrong information tio activate my card. It is very difficult to call and talk to customer service. read full review »
