I also have a complaint. 7 yrs customer and sprint wants to charge me 300.00 for an upgrade phone.I want to cancel my line in may because I can not get a phone until may 2009 .The phone I have was in july 2007 and they said I can not upgrade my phone and they want to give a phone who coast 300.00.I paid every month but my phone is wrong because I do not here when people talk to me. read full review »
