Direct TV
extremely poor customer service, and installation process...parent company does not support their contract installers...After spending almost 18 hours of time with Direct TV I still don't have the equipment that I originally ordered...and to boot the installer dropped and broke my Television, and I was told that I would have to get estimates for repair, and have it repaired...which meant I would be without television for app 4 weeks...If i could do this all over, I would NEVER deal with this company again... read full review »
