Customer Service is a joke. I used my debit card to order the magicjack, to try the 30-day free trial. After the transaction was completed a little bubble pops up on the computer screen informing me that the use of a debit card will result in the full amount of the purchase being debited immediately. The advertisement said that cards would be debited on the 31st day after the trial ended, if the magicjack had not been returned.
