/name removed/ is a "relationship manager" at Wells Fargo. My company has put over $8, 000, 000.00 through Wells Fargo so far in 2008 and we are in the process of winding our accounts down and moving to another bank. After /name removed/ made an error in my account to the tune of roughly $82, 000.00, I told him I was going to his superiors. He responded by lowering all my charge amounts on my debit cards and changing my account status (all while charging upwards of $3, 000.00 per month in fees).
