i was tricked into having procedures performed that were not covered by insurance by the billing receptionist, who is also the doctors wife. I was told over and over that there were no out of pocket expenses and then later recieved a bill for more than twice what my insurance company says i owe the doctor's office. tricked by someone who has a personal interest in decieving patients.
