My wife and I went to the movies at a regal theater in Tukwila, Washington on Nov-22-2004. We had to stand in the rain for 30 minutes because there was only one ticket agent. Then I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to buy popcorn and miss some of the movie because there was only one concession stand agent. Then when I got back to the movie, I froze half to deaf because the heat was turned off. At least it felt like it. And finally when I had to go to the men's restroom I could not wash my hands because there was no water or soap. What is going on??? read full review »
