For several years we have had our heat pump and hot water heater serviced by Chuck Russo Heating and Air Conditioning in the Albany, New York area. Within the last year he has become unreliable, continually breaking and canceling service appointments. Most recenty when we suffered a hot water heater problem resulting in a flooding basement he promised to attend to it on a Friday afternoon.
