I was a costumer of hostdepartment however I hadn't used their services in several month prior to them automatically renewing my plan with them. I didn't want their service anymore and ask for a refund a week after I noticed that they charged my credit card. I first contacted them by email trying to get my money refunded and hostdepartment ignored my emails. Then I submitted critical support ticket to get my money back and hostdepartment ignored me.
