I used Dr ChemDry, a spin off of this Cook Bros.Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. 602-243-6379 21436 N Central Ave Phoenix, AZ 85024 I had a stubborn carpet stain in a small area, and stain was removed to my satisfaction. Nice job. BUT, after the carpet dried, the stain removal process separated the carpet where it was seemed and left a hole. DrChemdry "assured" satisfaction, but just argued we signed a disclaimer.
