signed up for subscription- understood the terms of the membership. Interviewed several candidates for a postition I was offering- also requested a background check performed on each candidate. The candidates' checks were clearedf by them- however I performed my own- through public record and learned one applicant was a CONVICTED felon-several times over for larceny.
