I ordered the risk free trial and received it. I did not try it but found out later through an $85.90 charge to my credit card that I had signed up to receive more shipments. I tried to call the number and could not reach anyone after 1/2 hour of being on hold. I found their website and started the process of canceling and trying to get information on how to send the product back and get a refund.
