I booked a trip with Great Times Vacations in March 2009. I lost my job a couple of weeks after booking. Icalled the company to cancel my trip.I talked to a customer rep and asked to have the $1300 charge taken off my credit card.She agreed, but told me there was a $75 cancellation fee. I told her this was ok, then asked her if I could get back my original $300plus fee I paid to take advantage of the low cost vacation packages.
