I have been unemployed for 13 months now, and got behind 2 car payments, the collection people I have worked with have been somewhat agreeable that although I was behind I managed one payment per month. Their first tiered collection group have not but called me many times a day stating that they will continue until I was caught up. My agreement with the main collection people did not matter. Losing my job and trying to keep my car, has amounted no more than harrassement, something that sent me into treatment for severe depression. And is possibly playing into a relapse. read full review »
