It all started out great. They came out to the house to give us a free estimate and were able to compete with their competitors as far as pricing went. They took our money and set up our install. We were promised their best installer and we got everything but. There are spaces in between the boards throughout the install, jagged edges like they didn't know how to use a saw, and they scratched our brand new hardwood floor when they put our furniture back into place.
