I arrived at Sears cewnter for a wheel alignment. It took 30 minutes before I was waited on; after which examining my car and getting the sales prompts from the sales rep. I was told after waitingh a 1/2 hour that my car would be ready in 1.5 hrs or less. 1.5 hrs pass and the car was not moved. I asked the reluctant sales rep how much longer and was replied MAYBE in 30 minutes. I asked for my keys and left. Hey!! guys is this the way we train people and take care of customers.
