Ordered "free" sample 3-5-09 only pay 3.95 in s&h. Saw later that you would be charged if not cancelled within 14 days. Called number next day & cancelled any further shipment. Was given a cancellation confirmation number. Today I open my credit card bill I found a charge 3-22 of 87.13. Called number on bill to advise that this had been cancelled. They refused to accept that it had been cancelled 3-6. Refused to even take my cancellation confirmation number, nor let me speak to a supervisor even after repeatedly asking.
