I have tried to contact Active Publishing several times regarding a charge made to my PayPal account. I can not get a reply from Active Publishing. I want a refund because I never got what was paid for. PayPal says they can't help me. Why not PayPal as you can see the complaints on here. It is common practive for Active Publishing I assume. I even sent a letter by postal and no reply. Nothing. What a rip off. Not sure I will use PayPal again either. They should not accept that company. read full review »
