Went to DMV to renew registration I was late due to being out of work and I needed time to raise the money for taxes and registration. My registration was due to expire on 12-4-2004 and I went to DMV on 12-2-2004. I was told that I needed to have an emissions test done before I could get my registration done. I was never notified that this was the case and I did not even know that the emissions testing was back in effect.
