Same problem as everyone else here! And if you really want to get even more frustrated, try calling their 800 number to get them to cancel! Called 800-495-1182 for the "free" 14 day trial. I got that and was subsequently charged $79 and $85 in two weeks. I called to cancel several times and once they know what I'm calling about, there is always a problem with their computers, they're down, database is being updated, can't find my info...
