I recently applied for a PC through pcdirectbiz and told that I was approved for a specific “bundle” with a down payment of $99.00 and weekly payments of $22.00 each. They promptly debited the $99.00 and I heard absolutely nothing more for three weeks. I asked for a cancellation and a refund of my down payment. They have a specific e-mail address for down payment refunds, so I'm sure this is a typical situation.
