We bought a Kenmore Oasis Elite washer Dec. 2006, ByAugust, 2008, The first control panel had to be replaced. The next control panel lasted (ALL THAT LENGTH of TIME) untill March, 2009. This is very expensive to repair and very frustrating. There is just the two of us in the home and the company that I work for provides a uniform service. My wife works at a med. clinic so this washer gets very light use . Kenmore knows they have a problem. But they could care less. I feel Kenmore should come out with a recall and fix there problem.
