I had a "free trial" of this product with satisfaction guaranteed. I was not satisfied and cancelled my membership within the guidelines. I was assured of a refund. My confirmation number is :3405430. I was not refunded my original $29.95 but was charged another $29.95. The total refund now should be $59.90. I expect prompt attention to this matte.
