Dane-Elec customer service or really lack of it. I purchased a Dane-Elec 8gb flash drive and the drive failed. I tried contacting by both e-mail and toll free number. E-mails were not returned for over 3 weeks. The toll free number went directly to voice mail. The toll free number is now working. I finally got a RMA from Dane-Elec last week almost a month after I had contacted them at least 8 times with no returns. How did I finally get a return e-mail?
