My urgent letter is directed to you because County Line Motors advertises on Radio One stations. I am launching a urgent formal complaint to you about one of your advertisers. You may not be aware of the extent of their false advertising to consumers. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, plus the promises made in the advertising are not kept.
