I ordered the Alteril FREE Trial for 97 cents to cover the cost of postage. I checked my credit card account to find they had ALSO charged me $37.90. I called them to get answers, and was told I should have read the FINE PRINT, and they would NOT take this charge off my account. I have never talked to any company's representative who had such BAD PEOPLE SKILLS! I was told that it was MY problem, they were getting ready to ship it, and they would NOT take the charge off my account.
