I received a verbal quote from David Stewart to patch a small area of the wood floor in my home. His quote was $45 per hr. and it would take about 3 to 4 hours. We set up a time. He told me that he would have another person with him so the job would go faster. I asked him point blank if the price was $45 an hr. per person. He said no that it was just $45 per hr.
