I am absolutely UNSATISFIED with all of the BS that is going on with this "new" tv. My first plasma and it goes out in less than a month. The service department does not operate in a professional manner and does not return any phone calls. There is no communication with your corp. office and the local office that the tv was purchased..you guys need to stand behind your merchandise a lot better than you do.
