I've read through the complaints here abotu TD Banknorth, and I too have experienced the same thing over the last several months, I've been charged in total over $500 in OD fees, and still the bank cannot tell me what has happened. My online banking says I have money, the ATM says I have money, however when I withdraw they manipulate the numbers somehow and maximize their ability to charge me excess fees.
