Last November I went in to this paticular location and went and spoke to one of the staffing people there. I had a previous membership that was paid off in full and kept getting letters and phone calls about renewing the account. At that time I knew that I knew that I did not want to renew the account because I had the membership for three years and only went to the gym abou 40 times in those 3 years.
