Had second thoughts about ordering Smooth-Away product on line so didn't complete the transaction-(or so I thought). Surprise, three weeks later comes package from company. Product doesn't work-I was charged almost three times what the shipping charge should have been. I was sent double the product. I tried to contact customer service-got message "Cannot take your calls due to large volume" and then disconnected.
