My son whose expected flight is 616 leaving at 4:25 from Jacksonville on this day, was delayed twice already and I find this to be very disappointing and upsetting. I was expecting to spend quality time with my one and only son whom I see on very few occasions during the year due to the fact that he lives in Florida while I live hear in New York.
