I ordered two grape vines from mypersonalvineyard.com - I received them with a GUARANTEE of replacement if they didn't grow. - ordered the sleeves and all - planted according to instructions. Neither vine grew. I sent pictures 3 times - since they asked for pictures. They finally agreed to send new plants when I told them I was going to call my credit card company.
