They make promises and do not keep them. I was promised so many things and have been asking for 2 1/2 years and have been getting the run around. Finally I get a letter saying any promises made will not be upheld. How can this happen. The contractors they hire do a rush job with low quality work. We had to have our floor redone and the contractor said all my problems stem from the contractor not having the floor level before install.
