Robert McClendon was arrested on September 15, 2005 after his girlfriend, Christine Trent, and her daughter, Paula Trent filed a fraudulent police report stating that he had assaulted them physically and with a weapon. A request for a Protective Order was filed, in which the story changed from what was told on the original police report.
