I was rented a room that was filthy. The bed did not have clean sheets or pillow cases, the towels had greasy hand prints on them, same with the roll of toilet paper greasy hand prints, floor had not been vacuumed, tub had not been cleaned, no soap in the room. The buttons and knob to control the heater/air-conditioner were all broken or missing.
